Cancellation and Delegate Substitutions

On Point Conferences allows you at any time, to transfer your ticket to
another Delegate in case you cannot attend the event.


On Point Conferences allows cancellation in writing up to 14 days before
the event. There will be a 15% processing fee for all cancellations.


Cancellations in writing up to 14 days before the event will receive a 100%
credit, which can be used at another On Point Conference Event. The credit
will be good for up to 1 year after the date it is issued.

On Point Conferences reserves the right to postpone or cancel an event, to change the location of an event, or to alter or modify the speakers and/or topics if necessary. Such changes will be updated on our website as soon as possible. On Point Conferences is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alteration or cancellation/postponement of an event. On Point Conferences shall assume no liability whatsoever in the event this conference is canceled, rescheduled or postponed due to a fortuitous event, Act of God, unforeseen occurrence or any other event that renders performance of this conference impracticable or impossible. For purposes of this clause, a fortuitous event shall include, but not be limited to: war, fire, labor strike, extreme weather or other emergency.

If On Point Conferences postpones an event, delegate payments will be
credited towards the rescheduled event. In the case that the delegate
cannot go to the rescheduled event, the credit will extend to a future On
Point Conferences event.The credit will be good for one year from it's issuance.

Conference Participant Information

All conference participants with speaker, advisor, or co-sponsor designations will have VIP level of password-protected access to their particular conference website, enabling them to retrieve each other's contact information. If you do not wish to share your contact information with those at the same level of website access, please contact On Point Conferences in writing, by e-mail or post.
