I have a discount I would like to use for my conference registration. How can I use this?
You must call our customer service desk to register with a discount for this conference.

How can I register for workshops and roundtables, and must I do this when I initially register.
There is a separate link to register for workshops and roundtables on the site.
Workshops and Roundtables are included in the registration fee for the Summit. They are offered during the FLEXIBLE CHOICE breakout times throughout the two main conference days. There are limited seats. You may choose them as you register. As available, you may call customer service at any time up to the date of the conference to register.

How can I see the full conference agenda, and receive more information about who will be attending prior to registering for the conference.
You can download a PDF from the overview page of the specific conference you are interested in attending.
We can also give you a trial guest delegate pass to log on to the site and see more information regarding the speakers, registrants, and detailed agenda.

When do I need to pay for the conference, and can I pay online?
Space is on a first come, first served basis, and is limited. Please register early to guarantee seating. These are meant to be very focused meetings of business executives without the distractions of a trade event. Meeting space is planned to be close knit and comfortable for target of one hundred twenty.
You can pay for your registration online. However, there are no discounts allowed with online payment.
To receive discounts, you must call Eva at Customer Service at 212-796-4949 x 7806.
Payment must be received prior to the conference.
