Eric Chan, Mobile Evangelist and Blogger, Mobileslate

Eric Chan most recently was the Head of Product Management and Co-Founder of Caboodle Networks, mobile search recommendation software using semantic web, where he file two patents in the area of mobile search. After starting Caboodle in 2003, he sold it to MCN in 2007. He has also held business development, product and marketing positions at Mobile Complete and Keynote, focused on partnerships and strategic alliances with Clickatell, Microsoft, Nokia, SonyEricsson, Sun Microsystems, Sybase, Symbian, and others. He led Product Marketing at Pixo, content download server software, acquired by Sun Microsystems in 2003. In addition, Chan is an Adjunct Faculty and Consulting Professor in the School of Computer Science at Carnegie Mellon University. He holds an MS in Software Engineering and BS in Business Administration, both from Carnegie Mellon University. John Genovese has over 30 years of telecom service provider experience with Ameritech, Qwest, and CenturyTel.  For the last 15 years, he has focused on operations support efficiency and primarily on Next Generation OSS.  John has contributed to Telcordia’s TMN documentation on behalf of Qwest and Ameritech.  He has been a presenter at a variety of industry conferences, such as NFOEC.  He is currently providing telecommunications consulting services specializing in project management, operation support systems requirements, process management improvements, and Telcordia OSMINE. 

 
 
 
 
 

Ruth McCammon , The Pros From Dover, Inc
   
As Audit Librarian for The Pros From Dover, an SOA consulting firm, Ms. McCammon is responsible for the collection and mapping of client documents for our propriety SOA Audits and for the development of our taxonomy products.  She is currently compiling a taxonomy supporting the development of a Common Canonical Data Dictionary (CCDM) for Service Oriented OSS implementation.
