The 3 West Club, 3 W. 51st Street, is the home of the Women's National Republican Club. Formally opened on March 26, 1934, the present building was planned in the early 1930′s, designed by noted architect Frederick Rhinelander King, and built on the site of the former home of Andrew Carnegie.The WNRC is the oldest national club for Republican woman and the only one to provide its members with a clubhouse. The beautiful nine-story building was mentioned by "New York Magazine" as one of the best private clubs in New York City.The 3 West Club is located near 5th Avenue, opposite Rockefeller Center and near Radio City Music Hall and St. Patrick's Cathedral.
